Jennings L. Hart worked at Davies, McFarland & Carroll from 2008 to 2017. After working in a national insurance defense practice, he returned to Davies as a member in January 2020.

Throughout his career, Attorney Hart has worked in busy insurance defense litigation firms. His practice has included complex civil matters covering a broad range of legal issues in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  Attorney Hart has significant experience in professional liability actions, primarily medical and dental professional liability, as well as many types of general liability claims.

Attorney Hart has years of hands on experience litigating claims resulting from construction disputes and accidents involving vehicle collisions, burns, heavy equipment malfunctions, overhead utilities, and electrical injuries.

Attorney Hart was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. He currently resides in Washington County, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children.
