Jason M. Logue
Jason M. Logue is a member at Davies, McFarland and Carroll, LLC. Attorney Logue focuses his practice in the area of medical malpractice and health law defense litigation, but handles a wide variety of general liability matters as well as coverage analysis and declaratory judgment actions. Throughout his health law practice, he has been privileged to represent physicians, nurses, hospitals, long-term care facilities and dental professionals through all stages of litigation, earning multiple dismissals, defense verdicts and favorable resolutions.

Prior to beginning his career as an attorney, Attorney Logue attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and earned degrees in Elementary and Special Education, following which he taught special education in a small desert community in Northeastern Arizona. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Commerce, and was awarded membership in the Order of the Barristers.

Attorney Logue also has served as an attorney advisor to a local high school mock trial team. He and his wife, Heather, have two sons, Parker and Graham.
