Heather A. Swiech is admitted into practice in West Virginia and Pittsburgh. She initially joined Davies, McFarland and Carroll, LLC, in 2022 as a legal nurse consultant and now also works as an associate attorney.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Swiech earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Duquesne University.  Notably, she merited a Cameo of Caring nomination for exceptional maternal-newborn bedside nursing and has practiced in the areas of physical medicine, long term care, home health care, and infection control.  Further, Attorney Swiech has served as adjunct clinical faculty for undergraduate and second degree nursing programs.

She achieved a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University where she participated in the PFA Project for the Pro Bono Program.
