Attorney Michael Graham joined Davies, McFarland & Carroll in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Graham gained experience in a variety of positions in the public sector, including Deputy Legislative Inspector General to the City of Chicago, Assistant General Counsel to Chicago Public Schools and Attorney-Advisor to the Small Business Administration. In addition to his public service, Attorney Graham served as General Counsel of Project Six, a good governance non-profit organization and as a Senior Associate with a legal services technology company.

Prior to his legal career, Attorney Graham earned a degree in general studies from the University of Dayton, where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. As a law student, he participated as a mediator for the Circuit Court of Cook County helping people resolve their cases without necessitating trial. Attorney Graham has served as a judge for the U.S. Academic Decathlon National Competition and previously taught English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to adults in the Philadelphia area.
He resides in Seven Fields, Pa with his wife, Krystal, and son, Soren.
