Gregg Otto is a member of the business and estate-planning department, and serves the firm as its Treasurer.
His practice concentration is in two areas.
- The law of businesses and charitable organizations, where the range of services provided include negotiation and documentation regarding (i) organizational governance; (ii) structuring business acquisitions; (iii) project finance; (iv) extension of credit facilities; (v) agreements for sale or lease of real property; (vi) litigation strategy; and (vii) other business related activities.
- The law of estate planning, and administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships, where the range of services provided include administering estates and trusts after death, and wealth transfer planning – using wills, revocable trust, bypass trusts, disclaimer trusts, marital (QTIP) trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and trusts for special needs.
Mr. Otto is a member of the American & Pennsylvania Bar Associations’ Real Property, Probate and Estates sections, the American Bar Association’s Business Law section, and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
