The Toxic Tort Department of Davies, McFarland & Carroll, P.C., where Ms. Nord practices, has extensive experience in defending its clients against asbestos and toxic exposure claims.  The firm acts as either national coordinating counsel or national trial counsel for several of its clients and is committed to the efficient management of toxic tort litigation.  It has created computer databases, each designed to the unique circumstances of each client, that accurately track thousands of claims for each client and works closely with each client to effectively manage, search, and control literally hundreds of thousands of documents.
