Alyson J. Kirleis is a member of Davies, McFarland and Carroll, LLC. The majority of her over 30 year career has been representing physicians, hospitals, nurses, dentists, and other health care providers. Attorney Kirleis has extensive civil litigation, trial and appellate experience including cases including medical professional negligence, product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, construction, bad faith, transportation, and employment/labor matters. She has successfully tried cases to juries throughout western Pennsylvania and was inducted into the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Attorney Kirleis represents physicians, dentists and other healthcare providers in licensing matters before the State Licensing Boards. She also provides HR and risk management counseling for companies and management organizations in the healthcare, trucking and construction industries, including representing employers in governmental agency hearings and labor grievance arbitrations.

Attorney Kirleis has been an invited speaker at hospital Grand Rounds for nurses, physicians and other healthcare providers. She has also been invited to teach at continuing legal education seminars on trial techniques, discovery, arbitration, litigation, and labor/employment topics. Attorney Kirleis is an approved Mediator for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
