Thomas P. Kelly is an Associate Attorney at Davies McFarland and Carroll.
Prior to joining Davies McFarland and Carroll, Thomas was an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the Allegheny County District Attorney. He was most recently in the Child Abuse Unit, specializing in the prosecution of cases involving the physical and sexual abuse of minors. He has extensive jury trial experience, handling very serious and sensitive matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Thomas attended Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, MD. After college, Thomas spent a year as a teacher in Baltimore, where he taught middle school. He ultimately decided to attend law school, and did so at Case Western University School of Law. He earned his J.D. in 2013 and was awarded membership in the Order of the Barristers.
Thomas is an active volunteer with Biggies Bullies, an organization that specializes in the rescue, foster, adoption of pit bull dogs. Thomas and his wife Erin live in Pittsburgh with their adopted dog and cat.
