Jennings L. Hart III is an associate at Davies, McFarland & Carroll, P.C. and his practice focuses on medical malpractice and other civil litigation.
Prior to joining Davies, McFarland & Carroll, P.C., Jennings served as a litigation associate for a local law firm focusing his practice in the area of insurance defense, primarily on the defense of liability claims against public utilities.
While in law school, Jennings served as an intern for Justice Max Baer of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and for Judge Kevin Sasinoski of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas (Criminal Division). In addition, Jennings participated in a Duquesne University School of Law Clinical Program which sought to exonerate wrongfully convicted prisoners based on DNA evidence. Prior to law school Jennings interned briefly in the United States Congress.
Jennings is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
