Mr. Dalesio is a shareholder at Davies, McFarland & Carroll, P.C. and his practice focuses on the defense of product manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in product liability litigation. His clients include The Stanley Works, and numerous product manufacturers through a variety of insurance carriers. He regularly handles matters for his clients in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and throughout the entire state of West Virginia. His work also includes the defense of asbestos and toxic exposure claims, benzene exposure, chemical exposure, and silica exposure claims. He is also a certified mediator in the state of West Virginia, as well as a mediator, arbitrator, and evaluator in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has been first chair in numerous jury trials.

Mr. Dalesio is a member of Defense Research Institute (DRI) and has been a member of DRI’s product liability section for many years.  He is also a member of the West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel, where he is a member of the product liability committee. 

At Davies, McFarland & Carroll, P.C. he is a member of the product liability and toxic tort departments and serves the firm as Managing Director.
